We work from a dimensional drawing, a photograph with measurements, an existing sample, or the physical component itself. For three-dimensional shapes we pattern directly off the part, which removes the guesswork that dimensional drawings of curved assemblies always carry. The first piece is made for approval before any series is released.

Cutting of technical textiles, coated fabrics, non-wovens and foils — from fine breathable materials up to heavy-gauge PVC. Nesting is done to keep material waste down, which matters particularly when the customer supplies the material themselves.

Dürkopp Adler, Juki and Singer machines set up for coated and technical fabrics, including long-arm and column configurations for bulky three-dimensional work. Seam construction, thread and stitch density are specified for the load the product will actually carry rather than for a house default.

Hot-wedge, hot-air and bar welding for coated fabrics and foils, used where a seam has to be watertight or airtight rather than merely strong. Welded and sewn construction are frequently combined in the same product — welded seams for the barrier, sewn reinforcement at the load points.

Grommets and eyelets, webbing and straps, hook-and-loop and drawcord closures, zips, hem and corner reinforcement, tensioning hardware and customer labelling. This is usually where a product either survives daily industrial handling or does not.

Once a sample is approved, we produce to a repeat schedule or against call-offs, holding the approved pattern so that a reorder three years later comes out identical to the first batch. Equally, we are happy to make exactly one.

There is no minimum order quantity and no setup threshold that makes a small job uneconomic for you. A single replacement cover for a machine that has been out of production for fifteen years is work we take on as readily as a series.

Cutting, sewing, welding and finishing all happen on our own equipment, so there is no subcontractor in the middle adding lead time and diluting responsibility for the result.
