Where a cover has to stop metal corroding rather than merely keep dust off it, the answer is VCI packaging: covers and sleeves in Tyvek or Evolon that release Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor compounds and protect engines, gearboxes, axles and machined parts for up to two years.

What is an industrial machine cover?
An industrial machine cover is a protective cover made to the dimensions of a specific machine or piece of equipment, used during storage, transport or shutdown periods. Outdoor covers are normally made in PVC Kortexin or laminated foil for weather and UV resistance; indoor dust covers use lighter non-woven fabrics. We pattern each cover from your drawing or from the machine itself rather than fitting a standard size.
What materials are industrial covers manufactured in?
We manufacture covers in PVC Kortexin for heavy-duty outdoor use, laminated foil where strength and weather resistance both matter, non-woven fabrics for indoor dust covers, and Tyvek or Evolon where corrosion protection is required. The choice depends on whether the cover lives outdoors, how much mechanical abuse it takes, and whether the covered surface can tolerate contact.
What is the difference between a spatial cover and a flat cover?
A spatial cover is three-dimensional, patterned to follow the contours of the machine or component so it sits close with no loose material to catch during handling. A flat cover is a sheet, hemmed and reinforced, laid over pallets, stacked components or work areas. Spatial covers cost more to pattern but protect better and last longer in daily handling; flat covers are the economical choice where the load shape changes between uses.
Is there a minimum order quantity for industrial covers?
There is no minimum order. We manufacture from a single custom prototype to ongoing series production. Every cover is made to the exact dimensions and specifications of the client's requirement.
Can covers be made for complex or non-standard shapes?
Yes. We specialise in spatial (three-dimensional) covers shaped to follow the exact contours of complex machinery, vehicles and components. We work from your dimensional drawings or can pattern a cover directly from the physical component.
