VCI Packaging —
Our Speciality

VCI stands for Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor. VCI packaging releases chemical compounds that form a protective molecular layer on metal surfaces, preventing corrosion without any direct contact coating or treatment of the metal parts.

We specialise in manufacturing VCI packaging for the automotive industry. Our VCI packages protect metal components — engines, gearboxes, axles, chassis parts, suspension components — from corrosion during long-term storage and international transport for up to two years.

The packaging is produced in Tyvek or Evolon materials which allow the VCI compounds to distribute evenly while providing a physical barrier against moisture and contamination.
