Bar or strip welders (lištové svářečky) use a heated bar pressed against the material to create a fused, watertight seam across the full width of the weld bar. Ideal for straight-line welds in PVC foils and laminated materials requiring consistent bonding strength.
Hot air welding machines direct a precisely controlled stream of hot air at the material surfaces immediately before pressure is applied. This technique is suited to curved and complex seam paths and allows for continuous welding along irregular shapes — used in specialist covers and tarpaulin construction.
Hot wedge welding inserts a heated metal wedge between two material layers, heating both surfaces simultaneously before they are pressed together by drive rollers. Produces consistently strong, watertight seams at high production speeds — the preferred method for long straight seams in heavy PVC products.

A specialist fabric laying machine equipped with cross-cutting capability allows large material rolls to be laid out flat and cut to precise lengths across the full width of the material. This enables efficient, accurate cutting of large quantities of fabric or foil with consistent dimensions — critical for production runs of tarps, covers and bags.
Professional eyelet and grommet setting machines (kroužkovací stroje) install metal reinforcement rings at attachment points in covers, tarps and bags. Grommets provide secure, tear-resistant fixing points for ropes, hooks and straps — essential for outdoor tarps and industrial covers that are secured under tension.
Our workshop is supported by a range of auxiliary equipment for specific tasks: edge binding, webbing attachment, snap-hook and buckle fitting, reinforcement tape application and quality inspection. This comprehensive setup allows us to complete every step of production in-house.
