Covers & Packaging
We manufacture spatial and flat industrial covers from a wide range of textiles and technical foils. Our covers are made to protect machinery, components and equipment from dust, moisture, contamination and corrosion.
Our speciality is VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) packaging — a critical technology for the automotive industry that protects engines, gearboxes, axles and other metal components from corrosion for up to two years without any additional surface treatment. VCI packaging is manufactured from Tyvek, Evolon and non-woven textiles.
Tarps & Tarpaulins
Custom spatial and flat tarpaulins for indoor and outdoor industrial use. We manufacture in heavy-duty PVC Kortexin, laminated foil, fire-resistant textiles and transparent PVC — selecting the material to match your application and environment.
Using hot-wedge and hot-air welding technology alongside heavy industrial sewing, we produce large-format tarps with reinforced edges, galvanised grommets and strong, watertight seams. Construction site protection, equipment covers, factory dividers and special-purpose tarps all fall within our scope.
Industrial Bags
We produce two primary bag categories. Filtration and waste bags are manufactured for extraction and vacuum equipment used in gravel pits, concrete plants and other processing environments where dust and aggregate must be captured effectively.
Logistics and parts bags are produced for the automotive and engineering industries — custom-sized bags for transporting and storing components within and between facilities. All bags are made to specification with appropriate material selection and reinforcement for the intended load and use.
Sorters & Organizers
Textile sorters and pocket organizers are purpose-made for the storage and transport of automotive and engineering components in warehouses, assembly areas and between production cells. They keep parts organized, protected and easy to locate.
Designs range from simple pocket panels to complex multi-compartment hanging organizers sized for specific racks and trolleys. Materials are selected for durability, ease of cleaning and visibility of contents. Custom configurations are the norm — we design sorters around your specific parts and workflow.
